Terms of Use
Effective October 29, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the company that operates Plantlet, currently RZNCE LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Plantlet ("Plantlet", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
Beta
Plantlet is in beta. Things will change, and sometimes break. We work hard to keep your data safe, but please download a copy of anything you can't afford to lose (You → Download my data).
Price
Plantlet is free during the beta. The first 25 accounts are founding members and won't be charged for Plantlet's core features, now or later. If we ever introduce paid plans, we'll give everyone at least 30 days' notice, and nothing you've already recorded will be locked behind payment.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to use Plantlet. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
What you put in Plantlet (notes, photos, plants, batches) is yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Plantlet for you. If we add sharing features, nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't use Plantlet for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
Acceptable use
Don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, scrape it, or get around its limits. We may suspend accounts that do, or that put the service or other users at risk.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time. We may change or discontinue Plantlet; if we shut it down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
If Plantlet changes hands
We may transfer Plantlet, and these terms, to another company, such as a holding company we form for Plantlet and related apps, or a buyer. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email. The new operator takes on these terms and the founding-member promise above. You can't transfer your account to someone else.
Disclaimers
Care information in the Plantlet catalog is general guidance, not professional advice. Plantlet is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which, during the beta, is zero).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
Changes
If we update these terms we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in advance.
